Digital Services and Subscriptions
Vorgyronvrthep provides digital services for creating, storing, and sharing media albums and slideshows. Because these are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final once a plan has been activated and accessed.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- A technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing a paid feature for an extended period.
- A duplicate charge was processed due to a billing system error.
- A plan was purchased in error by an unauthorized user and reported promptly.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for review.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Plans that have been in active use and where features have been accessed.
- Export credits that have already been consumed.
- Add-on theme packs or premium content libraries once downloaded or applied to an album.

To submit a refund request, contact the Vorgyronvrthep support team with the following information:
- Full name and email address associated with your account.
- Date of purchase and the plan or service in question.
- A brief description of the issue or reason for the request.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
